In roles varying from scrum master, developer, team lead and unit manager, she knows what it needed to successfully run IT projects. Her expertise on the bridge between humans & technology enforces Noova Tech's mission to inform people of their options when it comes to AI.

Tiago is an AI specialist and agentic architect. The past 8 years he has developed a wide range of applications for customers in different industries. Since 2019 he has been involved in AI related initiatives, leading to low-code platform OutSystems acknowledging him as AI Hero Europe in 2025.
